Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, Dumitrasc resided in Budapest, Hungary where she conducted community outreach for Amnesty International, Budapest. She also served in the capacity of Business Development Consultant for Regens, a Hungarian software company where she provided support to Eastern European SMEs in the process of seeking EU funding forresearch and development projects.
Dumitrasc studied at the
International People’s College in Helsingor, Denmark where she co-directed a
documentary movie on cultural integration within the European Union, featuring
prominent European political and civil society leaders throughout EU member states.
Dumitrasc graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Portland Oregon.
