Janna Metzler

Janna L. Metzler is currently interning with the Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Liberia, H.E. Olubanke King-Akerele, on the International Colloquium for Women’s Empowerment, Leadership Development, International Peace and Security. She is currently pursuing her dual masters degree in international social work and public health at Columbia University.

Her professional and academic interests include migration policy, intergenerational trauma related to armed conflict, rights-based social work practice, and women’s rights.
